Comparison of the effects of three fungicides on clubroot disease of tumorous stem mustard and soil bacterial community

Abstract Purpose The application of fungicides is one the main strategies to prevent clubroot disease. Currently, numerous studies focus on changes in soil microbial community at different levels disease severity. However, effects and causative pathogen, Plasmodiophora brassicae , while preventing remain unclear. Methods In this study, we evaluated control efficacy three (fluazinam, metalaxyl-mancozeb, carbendazim) tumorous stem mustard greenhouse experiment. Uninoculated Water treatments after inoculation were performed as controls. At (3 W) six weeks (6 post-inoculation P. properties, bacterial composition (sequencing 16S rRNA genes), effector gene expression pathogen analyzed. correlation these factors with index (DI) was explored. Results Fluazinam most effective controlling a controlled 59.81%, abundance decreased 21.29% 3 treatment. Compared other treatments, twelve out twenty genes showed higher fluazinam W samples. Different had properties. EC (electrical conductivity), factor that positively associated DI, significantly lower treatment than two fungicide treatments. fungicides, especially carbendazim, reduced ?-diversity bacteria. Pseudomonas Microbacterium Sphingobacterium (positively correlated DI) enriched Water, carbendazim but less abundant Among DI negatively Shannon Chao 1 indices. Soil properties top genera influenced lesser degree Conclusion agent highest against strong virulence reasons for prevention disease, addition alteration rhizosphere by detriment infection.
